At 9 a.m. on May 20, 2022, Rongchang offshore industry group held a mass fishing boat construction safety meeting, which was presided over by general manager Qiu Haibin, Zhang Jinlin, head of quality assurance department, Zhou Xiaowei, head of ship dismantling project department (external development department), and 7 ship owner representatives.

At the meeting, general manager qiuhaibin proposed to the shipowner's representative:

1. For the current construction environment is not ideal, we should do a good job in safety, quality inspection and other issues.

2. The construction design must be strictly implemented, and the specification requirements will only be more and more strict in the future.

3. Strengthen the execution. Problems in the inspection process are a habit that has always been caused, and must be dealt with seriously.

4. The safety responsibility statement and labor contract must be signed by one person.

5. Each construction team entering the factory must register and report to the safety and environment department.

Finally, general manager Qiu Haibin pointed out that only by cooperating and constraining each other can we better improve efficiency and create profits. Under the influence of the overall environment, we should work together to create brilliance.
